Always so excited to take classes here. The instructors really work with you and help you achieve goals in the short term and long term. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. The Russian exotic classes are definitely my favorite since Lauren is able to incorporate strength and cardio workouts while teaching choreo and pole tricks. So much fun, always!

Kiska is an amazing, INCLUSIVE pole fitness studio off the SE waterfront. I thought I needed to be a pole to feel comfortable on the pole, but the amazing instructors here helped me feel confidant, and sexy as I am. The benefit being, becoming a healthier person, mentally and physically. The price is out of control reasonable comparatively to other studios in town, and very hands on. The online sign ups are streamline and easy to use, the studio clean and crisp (#allwhiteeverything.) Thank you Kiska girls for supporting me in doing something I’ve always dreamed of in a safe, and nurturing environment!
