I have been working out with Kim now for weeks and can’t get enough! Kim has a sweet but tough way of coaching that makes you WANT to work hard. Her workouts are simple but challenging. I appreciate her attention to detail with her demonstrations, warmups and mobility work. Thanks KIM!

Kim is an amazing trainer! I have some of my best workouts and have pushed myself the hardest with her by my side. She is motivating, fun, and very knowledgeable. She is great with injury prevention because she watches to make sure you have proper form– something I greatly appreciate! Kim’s fitness classes are amazing. Time and again I’ve left her class feeling exhausted but great about myself and my progress. Any personal trainer can give you a bunch of exercises to do but Kim’s ability to motivate and to create a positive atmosphere so I can meet my fitness goals sets her apart from the rest. Run, don’t walk to work with her! It’s super fun and well worth it.

I learned how to walk when I was 1 year old. Kim taught me how to run when I was 35. But she did more than that. She helped me realize that i love to run, and encouraged me to find my inner beast. I have suffered through countless poorly-lead workout classes and bootcamps of various stripes, and have never been coached by a more intentional, sincere, and effective trainer. I couldn’t get in touch with my own body. I needed someone to guide me toward a change that i was desperate for, but unable to make on my own. Kim got me there. pure and simple. she never patronized. she never tripped over her own ego. and she always kept things new, fun, and engaging enough to make me forget how much pain and misery I was in at any given time… for 60 minutes at a time, anyway. there may be better trainers in Portland, but i certainly wouldn’t bet my fitness progress on it.

I have never been able to get ahead in fitness like I did with Kim. She pushes and challenges you, while also adapting every exercise to fit your needs. The work is hard, fun and diverse. We used a variety of settings and types of exercises to push us all. She creates a warm and supportive atmosphere. Kim is kind, understanding and provides individual attention to help you reach your goals. She is great!

I’ve been attending Kim’s bootcamp sessions for two years now. I came to her wanting to lose some baby weight and just get stronger. I hadn’t done much exercising in the past and certainly no running. I lost the weight and I have never felt stronger or healthier in my life. She is wonderful. The classes are fun and intense, and Kim is so sweet and motivating. I really like her as a person and a trainer!

Kim rocked my world! I participated in her boot camp over the summer and she made me work hard and I got results. She switched things up every time, always made it fun, and provided the perfect amount of instruction on technique. Kim is a top notch trainer.
