In March of 2013 we took a leap and decided to sell our home in the Tigard area to plant roots in Sellwood. Kim guided us in a strategy of how and when to sell. It was magical. With Kim’s expertise we staged our home, priced it right and within 4 days of listing we received 4 offers. With her leadership she helped us select the most advantageous buyer.
Selling was the easy part, the buying was a bigger challenge. Our desire to live in Sellwood within a competitive price point made it quite difficult to find the home of our dreams. Kim Is AWESOME! She was a champ at getting me into any house that I was excited about, even on short notice.
