Kevin was a very good realtor: unfailingly friendly, responsive, and attuned to my needs. And he never complained when I wanted to see multiple houses, almost every day, for weeks, all over town :-) When I finally found the one I wanted, he diligently shepherded me through the whole offer/​counteroffer process (which happened quickly), and we closed with a minimum of pain for everyone involved.
The one place I could have used a little more guidance was in negotiations and pricing. He basically left it up to me what to offer, and maybe that’s as it should be, but I felt a little rudderless through that process, and might have ended up paying a little more than I should have. (The inspections turned up some deep problems with the house, so the final price was much less than my initial accepted offer, so that I could afford to fix them. But I think it could have been even lower.)
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’m a satisfied customer in my new (old) house.

We found Kevin purely by chance and couldn’t be any happier that we did. He was an awesome realtor — very patient and knowledgable during the whole process. He helped us find the investment property that was perfect for us. And even though we are first time investors purchasing a property from another state, it couldn’t have been an easier or more stress-​free situation. He even anticipated any problem that could arise and would have it solved before it became an issue.
I highly recommend him to anyone and am looking forward to the day I can work with him again to find another property! He is the best!

Kevin was never a moment late, and there was never too many houses too see in one day, or on the weekend for that matter. Kevin took my home buying experience to the next level especially given the market. It took over 6 months to find a home with people offering 30 – 40 over asking. Kevin kept his enthusiasm the hole time, and I was never disappointed with his performance, thanks Kevin.
