I found Kerri a skilled massage therapist, but unprofessional with client relationships. I had a scheduled appointment that I had confirmed via the online appt scheduling service provided. Kerri never showed up for the appt, never called me back to reschule, never apologized for the inconvenience. This was rude and unprofessional. If I would have done that, I would have been charged a fee for not giving 24 hours notice. I felt like charging her a fee for my time wasted. I can’t say I would recommend her.

Kerri is the best massage therapist I’ve been to! I’ve been getting massage’s from her for all kinds of reasons: chronic pain, exercise recovery, and relaxation! And my husband has received deep tissue massages after a car accident. She asks how you are feeling during the massage– to assure you are comfortable. I never worry about whether I will get ALL of my time because it’s never been an issue… she enjoys helping people feel better.
