My wife and I just finished a construction project with JWC&D and have posted some pictures on FB and shared them with family and friends. When people have asked us if we can recommend our contractor, we’ve told them we really can’t! I’ve heard from a lot of our friends who have remodeled their homes that this is the way it goes, that things take longer than they say and it’s just a part of remodeling. When I explained our experience with remodeling, they were all shocked. We did talk with two former clients and received good reviews from them, with some cautions, so we decided to use them. If you do decided to hire them, I hope your experience with JWC&D is much better than ours.

Contacted this company via email, stating that I have a project to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms. Several days later I was contacted by a person named Scott. I happened to be traveling and responded a few days later. I was asked about my budget and include pictures of existing kitchen and bathroom and I responded with multiple pictures and my budget.
Never got a response.
I followed up the next day asking if I’m simply out of their financial scope, and was hoping for some kind of response. A simply email of confirmation is all I’m asking.
24 hours later, no response.
I checked BBB and they are not accredited. I don’t want to get nasty here but if a company can’t respond to an email within 24 hours just isn’t worth it.
