John Mathia has been a great agent! He has done the best he can to work with me in what I need. I work on a ship for five weeks and am home for five weeks. He has done his best to give me the best rates possible. He is very friendly and willing to do what he can to bring great customer service. I would recommend him to anyone! He explains things very well when I don’t understand something. He was quick to cancel my coverage when I had to go off to school a few years ago.

While very friendly, he was not easy to get a hold of. When we sold our car (& we did speak/​send him a copy of the bill of sale) he failed to cancel our auto insurance policy as we’d requested. When we ended up getting a call from a collection’s agency months later we found out he never filed our paperwork.
That, along with all of the automated junk mail Country Financial sends you, we’re happy to have found another insurance agent.
