Always awesome! Great food & great service! Philly Cheesesteak, Big Kahuna or Classic Italian are our go-to’s!

Fresh delicious sandwiches. I’ve frequented this location about 20 times now and it is consistently clean inside and out. The staff are attentive and friendly. Yes it is more expensive than other fast food subs but it should be. The meat and cheese are of high quality and they don’t pre package them. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh to order. This is a great example of how a franchise should be run.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. Philly cheese steak was good. They had plenty of napkins. Seems very popular.

The sub wasn’t to bad but definitely was not good. I asked for viniger and the woman working soaked the entire sub in it, by the time I got to eat it, it was soggy

Jersey Mike’s is a reliable, but pricey sandwich chain. The Jantzen Beach location on Hayden Island in the Columbia River is convenient if you are there shopping and want a big classic Philly Cheesesteak Sub. My go to order is a Big Kahuna(#56) which comes with EXTRA Cheese plus Grilled Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, and Jalapeños. I totally recommend EXTRA Jalapenos for a spicy ‘n cheesy Jersey-approved sandwich. Tip: Sign up for the Jersey Mike’s Rewards Program and get an email coupon for a free sub on your birthday plus regular coupons throughout the year.

Old school subs from New Jersey and NY metro. I made these subs when I was a kid and they are close to the original from back in the day. Fresh cut cold cuts is a big plus for me. Bread quality could be better but overall, fair pricing and decent quality. I live in Beaverton and go to that one there also but this location is a bit better. And the staff is friendlier if that counts.

Got the Giant size Italian. The perfect size to share a sub with someone you love. The Italian had several different kinds of meat, I took the advice of the employees and added everything and had it the Jersey way. Which is really just doused in vinegar and oil. I always get vinegar and oil and my subs, but I think this was a little heavy handed. Next time. Oh there will be a next time I’ll ask for light vinegar and oil. Kudos to the amazing staff members that were genuinely nice and helpful. When I’m shopping at Jantzen Beach I will definitely keep this place in mind for lunch. One thousand times better than the shitty Denny’s down the way that’s for sure.

I work in the area and my coworkers suggested we have lunch here. I had never been and I’m always up for trying new things. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap without the bleu cheese dressing. It was so soggy to the point it fell apart right when I picked it up. The«grilled» chicken was hard and almost unbearable to eat. I spit it out after two bites. I’m a big foodie but this had to be one the most disappointing and repulsive experiences I’ve ever had. I might try a sub if I ever decide to eat here again but never the wrap.

I just want to compliment an employee named Craig who was working hard to make everyone feel welcome at the Jantzen Beach Jersey Mikes. As I(and other guests entered) he welcomed each one enthusiastically and just seemed to be enjoying life. He interacted with customers in such a positive attitude even when customers would barely communicate back that I couldn’t help but compliment him at the store. He truly gave the feeling that you could just relax, everything was going to be fine… you’re about to relax and have a great sandwich(which was the best Jersey Mike’s sub I have had and it should be mentioned he also made my sandwich.) Please realize what an asset you guys have in this employee.

For a quick and pretty darn good sub, JMs is my go to. Leagues better than Sub-par-way or Quiz-nooo thank you . The meat and cheese are sliced fresh and they keep it basic with Mike’s way, onion, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar with a dash of salt and pepper. There is some extra veg you can add, and sauces too if you are inclined. They offer wheat or white bread and have hot or cold sandwiches. I have always had excellent customer service, super friendly and personable sandwich artists.

This place makes a fantastic sandwich! I loved that they sliced all their meat while making you sandwich! Staff was also very friendly. Would definitely go back!

I work in the Jantzen Beach shopping center, and Jersey Mike’s has become a go-to lunch break destination for me and many of my coworkers. The staff has always been very friendly, the service speedy, and the shop is always clean. There’s both a Subway and Jimmy John’s nearby, and in mine and my coworkers opinions they blow both out of the water as far as flavor and quality goes. Customer service is also sooo much better here than at the competitors stores. One of the things I really like about Jersey Mike’s is that the meat and cheese that goes onto your sandwich is sliced fresh right in front of you, you know it hasn’t been sitting around in a cooling unit for who knows how long. Along with their classic cold subs, they also have hot sandwiches and wraps. Long story short, I definitely recommend this shop — you won’t be disappointed!

I am in heaven!!! I love getting the turkey with oil and spices. This location has super friendly employees also. I will definitely be back for work lunches whenever I decide to treat myself.

I received one of those«Hey, we’re new in the neighborhood» flyers offering a free regular sized sandwich so I couldn’t pass it up. I’d never been to a JM so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was really delicious! Very simplified idea where you have the sandwiches and the option of Mike’s Way(tomatoes, lettuce, S&P, olive oil, vinegar) and a few other add-ons available like pickles and pepperoncini. Their menu also includes hot subs and wraps. I ordered the turkey and provolone done Mike’s Way, which had a ton of meat! I was impressed with the flavors of everything, although if you aren’t eating it right away I would skip the olive oil and vinegar as the bread gets soggy. The regular size was enough for two meals! If I was in the area around lunch time, I would definitely drop in for a great, filling sandwich at a decent price.

This place is probably one of the best sub sandwiches I’ve had for being a chain restaurant. They slice the meat to order and I really like the thin sliced onion. The shop was clean and thats always a good thing. The employees were friendly and efficient. They were helpful and patient as it was my first time there and didnt know the routine. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning

I measure the worth of sub shops by the tastiness of their meatball subs. Remember years ago when Quiznos was just starting out and they had AMAZING meatball subs(for a chain, that is)? That is how good Jersey Mike’s meatball sub is. I hope they don’t change it like Q did(and others, you know who). Good bread, good meatballs, good sauce, good provolone AND wrapped in foil to keep it toasty. The only thing I didn’t really like was that instead of having the sub made up right in front of me(because it was a hot sub) I had to pay and then wait a few minutes. It wasn’t an inordinate amount of time, but I guess I am just used to instantaneous sub sandwhichism. I have decided that I am now happy to wait a few minutes for a more quality product. Service was attentive. Store was clean. Overall, I am a fan and will be back to try out the turkey sub. :) Edit: Store owner was gracious enough to message me privately to thank me for my review and tell me I had accidentally listed the wrong price for their soda(the price I quoted included soda and chips, not just soda). That is classy and good customer relations, so they get an extra star for that!

Sorry to list competitors by name here, but it relates to the impressions of my first visit to Jersey Mike’s. While I don’t eat sub type sammiches very often, I can say I have not been to a Subway in forever because of the apathetic kids working there. A Jimmy John’s opened near us and I gave them a courtesy try. In my review I described their service a «frat house» style. Brings me to today. Craig greeted me with pleasantness and a smile, and led me through what a first timer needed to know. Seriously people, acting like you want to do a good job for the customer(regardless of the job) is very transparent… as is the opposite. Thanks, Craig, for making the day brighter. I had the Super Sub #5 on wheat, made Mike’s way(their normal assortment of sammich condiments), and thought it was pretty good. I’m never going to rave about a sub, but the people experience made it seemingly better.

I appreciate the sandwich maker steering me clear of the chicken parmesan sub. I had calories to blow so I stopped in. It is a good place to have a cheat day in the calories department if you are conscious of what you eat. The Chicken Cheesesteak and Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak are yummy.

Generic gut bomb. Very little nutrition available on the menu.
