This is my personal testimony that Jameson Wirtz has been a fantastic real estate agent to work with. In picking an agent to sell my condo, Jameson stood out amongst the many that I contacted. I started the process by emailing over ten agents that I either found on my own or were referred to me by friends. I asked each five questions and got back a multitude of answers. Jameson was one of the few who answered each question fully and honestly. I didn’t have the time to personally meet ten different agents, so having someone that was upfront was what I was looking for. The second step was meeting a few of the top responders. Jameson came to the meeting prepared and really had done his homework on comp’s in that area. He had a game plan for how my condo could be sold and he was an easy choice to pick as my agent.
Having won my business, Jameson has been a pleasure to work with. We had come to a reasonable asking price that I was excited about. But, Jameson continually kept his eye on comp’s in the area and shortly before listing noticed one go for more than what we were asking by $ 15,000. This keen eye on the market gave me the confidence to list my condo for a higher price and after 2 days on the market we had 3 great offers. One offer was for over asking. In the end, we ended up getting roughly $ 20,000 over what I had thought I was going to get. That equates to a 13% increase. I credit Jameson’s great work with getting us to the right point to get these great offers in.

Jameson is the best. We chose to work with him because of his knowledge of zero down loans for first time homebuyers, and very much appreciated his hardworking yet relaxed personalty. He has some familiarity with contracting and was very helpful when it came to answering questions about a home’s structural needs. Jameson will go the extra mile and frequently worked late to get our offers in for a home. Overall I would definitely recommend Jameson for anyone new to home buying or looking to buy in North Portland.
