Brad provided a great service! Some businesses still treat people with small town integrity despite this big city. I was initially not happy with my season plan but they made it right in the end and I would use them again. It speaks volumes when your dissatisfaction is remedied by the president of the company in a genuine effort to make a customer happy. They are a class act.

My company has worked with Interstate on many projects and every time, Interstate has been prompt and has gotten their work done quickly and effectively. We have been happy with the quality of their service on every occasion and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Been having trouble keeping up with wasp nest removal so decided to call in the professionals. Called on Monday and they were able to send out a tech the very next day. Tech showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and able to fully explain all the services they offered. I could have gone with the one time visit for $ 275 that comes with a 2 month guarantee OR a service plan. I elected to go with the quarterly service plan. $ 200 for the first visit (which included wasp next removal, preventative ant spraying and sweeping all the eaves around the house) then $ 98 every 3 mos, when they come out and adjust the treatment based on the pest concern. This includes all the pests I could think of outside the house and they’ll even tailor a treatment for inside, if needed — at no additional cost. PLUS if anything comes up between treatments, I just call for an extra visit and it’s at no charge. So we’ll see how this goes for a year. For me, I don’t have the time or the interest to constantly monitor for pests until it’s too late. So I think this will be worth it. Plus it’s a tax deductible service that goes along with home improvement and maintenance costs!
Lastly, I really appreciate the fact that they use «pet-​friendly» treatments so no danger of my dog getting into anything that will make him sick. :)

This company is misleading. I got a quote for them to come out to spray my home for fleas. They told me that they would spray all the floors, furniture and outside for only $ 125. My landlord got an invoice from them stating that they sprayed for spiders. I have fleas not spiders crawling around my place. I called the exterminators after they came out the first time, because these little bugs are still roaming around my home. The lady told me on the phone that they spoke with my landlord, and they paid for the bare minimum to get rid of the fleas. First of all, they lady I spoke to from this company did not give me multiple price quotes. She gave me a quote to spray a two bedroom duplex. She told me that is would cost $ 275 to spray everything to get rid of the fleas. That price is $ 125 more than what Terminex quoted me. I spoke to my landlord, and she told me that she did not speak to anyone about different price quotes. I made the exterminators to come back out, but the guy wanted to only spray underneath the house. How is that going to fix the problem of the fleas inside of the home? The fleas are not going any where. If the guy was not lazy and sprayed in my home again the second time, I probably would not have any more problems with these insects. I just want them to go away. I have fogged my home twice, put borax all over the floor and had the exterminator come out, but nothing seems to work. This company is not worth the time and money. I recommend having a different company come out, because the guy who came out to my home casually walked through my home making a least amount of effort to get rid of this flea infestation.
