Michael is a sweet guy. He diagnosed the problem with our oven (faulty igniter switch) and got if fixed quickly. Oven works fine again.

Michael is a superior problem solver besides having extensive experience with all types of appliances. I have work on my home appliances and my rentals. He shows up when he says or he’ll call to give me a heads up if he’s tied up on another job.

Michael was on time, courteous professional and did an excellent job doing a much needed repair on my Whirlpool range. One of the best that I have found for both value and service, I highly recommend!

Image Appliance Services has won a 5 Star Service for several reasons. Affordability, Person ability, Efficiency, Fast Response, Being Organized, and Capability are among the reasons.
Micheal carries many parts in his van but my Jenn Air stove part was obscure and expensive. After diagnosing the problem he located a part source. With parts there are usually dealer costs and retail costs. Micheal past along the savings of dealer cost to me. The labor cost to replace a temp controller on my range was $ 50!!!
I have hired appliance repair services for over 30 years and have never witnessed a more efficient, and affordable response.
The replacement part had been improved on by Jenn Air so Micheal made some adjustments to the part so it could be fastened to the appliance.
I don’t like to have broken appliances but Image Appliance Services makes the best of a bad situation.
