HK Auto Sales

I was nervous about getting a car from a dealership because i have had horrible expriences in that past but I hesitantly went to HK Auto after looking on their website and seeing a few cars I really liked. I immediatly test drove a Toyota Solara that i really liked (it was first on my list). I took it for a test drive and found that it had some issues. Hong (the owner) offered to fix the problems and advised me to come back the next day. I came back, the car was fixed and I was on my way. He worked out a good payment plan with me and told me to let him know if i had any problems. well, being the paranoid person I am about used cars I thought something was wrong with the car because it was hesitating when going up hills. I called him and he quickly advised me to bring the car in which was great customer service. I took it in and he inspected it, hooked it up to the diagnostic machine to see if there were any codes and advised me about using the OD off button on hills. So far I am a happy customer. Most car dealerships sell their cars AS IS and don’t really care if you break down on the road after you sign the papers. I appreciate his good customer service and honesty. It is very hard to find these days!
