History of Land Use In Hillsdale

The artwork depicting the History of land use in Hillsdale is marvelous. It is to be found along Capitol Highway where it meets Terwilliger Boulevard. What a special piece it is since the colors are elegant, yet this is overly sentimental. The title is not displayed anywhere near the work.
This has been interesting to see as a result of my viewing of it on a near daily basis during my bus ride to a local college. The Southwest’s tradition for color and the Northwest’s appreciation for nature are dutifully combined. It tells a story and is worth looking at for at least five minutes. Also, the blue cow is undeniably cute and cows aren’t usually cute.
What a great way this is to bring such issue to our attention.
