This is a beautiful pioneer cemetery that is kept up and funded 100% by volunteers. I visit regularly and I am amazed by the progress made in just over a year.
If you have family here I strongly urge that you visit them and help the volunteers in their work on repairing headstones and maintaining the records
If you’re a punk kid looking to kick some headstones over… stay away. There are regular police patrols as well as visitors like myself who are present all hours of the night and all days of the week protecting this beautiful space.
