They’re jerks! The lady took a phone call when checking me in and then told me to hold on so she could instead check in a guy that had just walked in the door. Wtf?! Avoid this place if you’re a chick. They don’t want our business.

The place is full of disgusting magazines about hunting, bow hunting and other topics around idiots killing animals and treating them as trophies. I don’t want my kids exposed to those magazines while we wait their turn so I hope they remove them before coming again.
The service is good and haircuts are ok, but they have to be more sensitive about which material they have for reading it at least don’t have so many of these topic.

The guy who cut my hair did a great job. I have received tons of compliments on it… even with it being out of my way, I will be going back there to see him… I believe his name was either Eric or Michael.

Great value and a helpful stylist too. After giving me what I wanted, Erick told me shorter would be better and went to work fixing my misguided choice. He’s a good listener and has a good sense of humor.
I’ve had only good experiences with the company no matter what location I go to and I’ll be back. Online check-​in worked like a charm and they’re currently working on sharing records between lications.

For the price, it just doesn’t get any better. I’ve been here three times, each time with a different person, and I’ve had great results. I have long curly hair; my first visit was a cut, second was a blowout, and the third a fancy updo for a wedding. Each time the stylists listened to exactly what I wanted (probably the most important thing a stylist can do), and they delivered. Since moving to Portland, my first few hair experiences were at fancy schmancy salons, both downtown and on the inner east side. This place does a better job, in my opinion, at half the price.

If you want a $ 150 haircut, go to a douchey downtown salon. I always go here and either get the girl with a different hair color every day or the older gentleman (I can’t remember their names) and they are so nice. They do an excellent job and give me exactly what I want. Their hours are amazing, I have never waited more than 5 minutes and the prices are unbeatable. But my favorite thing about this place is that they don’t «hair shame» me. I experiment with color a lot and my hair gets pretty damaged but they never try to tell me I should ALWAYS go to a stylist because other places just want your money. I LOVE this place and go out of my way to visit this specific location.

ugh… the guy here… don’t know his name, but i had a really unpleasant phone convo with him and all i can say is, WHAT A DOUCHE! oh yeah, the sailboat theme inside… LAME.

This place was awful not only were the staff there un-​cooperative but the haircut was so bad I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I will never be going back here and don’t recommend anyone to get there haircut here unless they want a crappy one done.
