Glisan Quick Wash

One of the washers left one of my loads soaking wet. Tried to ring my clothes as much as I could. Manager told me that I and another customer who used the same washer did our laundry wrong. Now I am locked out with 2 loads of my clothes still drying. I should have just done laundry at my apartment complex.

Locations was clean on Monday morning when I came in. Decent amount of washers and dries early in the morning 10am when I came back to dry my clothes 11ish it was busy and not enough washers.
The washers I used were $ 2.75 the driers $.25.

Horrible customer service; The owner was ornery with my girlfriend. We live right around the corner and will not be going back.

watched the owner or manager harass a guy who clearly had mental health issues. he paid his money to clean his clothing and the guy called the police to harass the poor guy. I will tell every one I know to stay away from this place. He did nothing wrong other than talk to people. Stay away! one star is too much.

If you value your clothing, I would go elsewhere. I’ll be honest and say I have not been to this place in about 5 years and had no problems before.
Machine ate $ 2.00 of my money. This was around 3:00 P.M. and nobody was present. I was told by another customer to peek through the slot marked «Refunds» and I’d be able to see a phone number to call. Called the owner, who told me she would be there in 20 minutes. Called her a second time about 45 minutes later when the other machine would not stop the spin cycle (it did eventually stop). She was friendly, and told me she was still planning on coming in… she still had not shown up at 4:30 when I was done. I filled out a refund request; we’ll see if I receive anything in the mail.
The bigger problem was that EVERY SINGLE BLACK ITEM of clothing, including an irreplaceable Greek Cusina T-​shirt, was covered with bleach stains when removed from the dryer. It has been awhile since I have experienced a situation that frustrating.
This was a one time experience, but has definitely discouraged me from returning.

This place came in handy when the dryers in my apartment building weren’t working and I had two loads of wet laundry to take care of at 9 o’clock at night. The dryers at this place are large and charge $.25 for 6 minutes (with a max of $ 2.50 per load).
As a whole, the laundromat is clean. And with it being located on NE 28^th, you’re down the street from an awesome selection of bars, restaurants and other small businesses.
