Excellent experience! Highly recommended!
After some rain damage this winter, we decided to do a complete roof replacement.
We requested bids from four local roofing companies and Giron was the obvious choice. Jose was professional, friendly and provided a very reasonable bid. We scheduled the work for three weeks out, but due to another customer rescheduling, were able to have a crew onsite the very next week.
I was at home the first day, when a large crew (10 guys) tore off two layers of roofing and loaded the Dumpster they’d brought in. The crew were very hard workers and extremely efficient — also very courteous. We have a lot of elderly neighbors and several commented on how quick and quiet the crew was. There was no loud music, no shouting, just the sound of the work itself. By the end of day one, the roof was stripped down and tightly sealed, as heavy rain was expected that night.
And it came! It absolutely poured and winds were strong, but when we woke up in the morning, the house was water tight. No problems at all.
When we returned from work on day two, the roof was FINISHED and the crew was finishing their clean up. My husband is very particular about our yard– mature plants he was worried might be destroyed, landscaping, etc. To our total delight, the yard was immaculate. You couldn’t even tell there had been a major construction project underway.
Day three was a whole new gutter system and again, it was finished by the time we returned from work.
Only 3 days to tear off and replace a roof and gutter system!
The invoice came in a little lower that Jose had estimated, which was great.
I can’t recommend this company enough, Communication was excellent, via phone, email and in person. The work was stellar, the crew excellent to deal with and we have now hired Giron to paint the house. Two of our neighbors who witnessed the job have already contacted Jose for estimates.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

My parents used this company. I watched them install part of the roof, fast and efficient from what I saw. Good price, hard workers and they did a good clean job.

Awesome customer service. Had one issue and they resolved it quick and without complaint. Would recommend for sure!
