Wow — We ordered a table from F.O. about ten weeks ago, and I can’t believe how painful it has been. First of all, even though they told us it would be 3 – 6 weeks until we would receive it, we still don’t have it. I could live with that if they were at least moderately helpful about it. We called to find out why around week 8. They confirmed that they had not received it yet. We called after week 9 — they confirmed they didn’t have it, and would call us with details as to why. No call. I called again today. Our sales person was out(again). I asked if someone else could tell me why it was delayed. No. Apparently nobody working there today was capable of calling the manufacturer to find out the reason for the delay. I asked to talk to a manager. No manager on duty. So, they are running a store, and for the full day today, there isn’t a single person working who is competent enough to track down an order that is 4 weeks late. And there’s nobody working who is even elevated enough to help at all. This company obviously doesn’t care enough about their customers to do anything, even though they willingly took our money 10 weeks ago. Absolutely not impressed. More Info Added Later: Left a message for the manager to call me. He didn’t. Shocking. I went in and told them I wanted my money back. They gave it to me without any issue, and told me that they weren’t getting any of their orders from that manufacturer. I guess it was too much work for them to figure out who had ordered and call us to resolve the problem. Frickin’ ridiculous. At least they were pleasant about a refund, but no way in hell I’m ever going back there.
