Mason Saxton has been my wife and I’s realtor in all of our transactions, and has earned my client referrals since 05 as well. Working in Real Estate, I have many interactions with many realtors on a daily basis, and if I am suggesting Mason, then it should be apparent why:
There is not a more dedicated, articulate, and knowledgeable Realtor in the PDX metro area than Mason.
There are always ups and downs in purchase and sales transaction, and it takes know how and an even head to make these as smooth as possible for all parties involved. Mason excels at this.

Why doesn’t this thing go to 10 stars? Can’t give high enough marks for Mason. He’s extremely professional, prompt, accessible, and has uncompromising integrity. We’ve bought two excellent houses with Mason as our realtor and have recommended him to all of my house-​hunting friends.

Mason helped my mother-​in-​law find the perfect house. We looked at several different ones on Saturday and wrote an offer on Sunday. The whole process was smooth and easy. Mason made sure that all the details were taken care of. Couldn’t have been any easier.

I recently worked with Mason to purchase my first house. He was very easy to work with and put no pressure on me to decide on a house. He would tell me the specifics on the house and sit back and watch my reactions to what I saw and was able to make suggestions for other properties to look at. I ended up buying one of his suggestions from another client of his who was using him as their selling agent. The house never even technically hit the market before I put my offer in. I would (and will) suggest Mason to anyone that is looking to buy (or sell) a house.
