What terrible service! I bought my wife a birthday present and nowhere did they say they didn’t accept returns. I went by the shop TWICE this week and their lights were off with no business hours posted. I then called and rather than have a professional greeting the guy just answers with a miserable-​sounding «hello». He said they only did exchanges then never bothered to say they weren’t open. We drove over there AGAIN and still a «closed» sign. I called AGAIN and the same «hello» statement and his answer to why no one was there was that «uhhh well we’re USUALLY open Wednesdays but today we’re not». Zero friendliness or interest in helping a customer. Total JERK. Throwing the overpriced gift in the garbage. Do NOT give these people your time or money as they obviously could care less about honesty, professionalism or customer service.
