These guys are amazing!
Ok — A few months ago; my wife and I had some laminate floors done in our basement. For some reason our floor is currently buckling… but we gave 5 Star a call and today they came back and took a look and gave us the diagnostics (The diagnostics is that there is moisture coming under the floors)
So, we currently have to order a few more floors, and schedule them to come back and fix the buckling. Though — I have to say this is great customer service!!! The team is willing to fix the buckling with no extra charge (even though our floors were done a few months ago) — They dont just do floors as well… they do kitchens, etc…
With this kind of customer service — we will definitely plan to work with them in our kitchen project within the next year.
If you want honest, reliable, great human beings that run a company ethically and afford-​ably — THESE GUYS ARE IT!
