Not a good place to get your ebike serviced. He promised he would get to my electric bike«after just a couple ahead of you.» A week later it was still«just a couple ahead of you.» Another week, and again, «just a couple ahead of you.» Terribly irresponsible. I asked him what I could do to help things move along more swiftly. He advised me he could fast track it for $ 310 dollars(virtually half the cost of the bike), with no guarantee it would be fixed. Not only irresponsible, but greedy. So after nearly three weeks with no movement, I picked up the bike and took it elsewhere. He then had the temerity to attempt to gouge me for what he called a «storage fee.» Jaw dropping. This young man uses his irresponsibility to leverage his greed. Portland deserves better.

Really wish the actual hours were posted in Unilocal.Just walked a half hour to get a tube for my bike and you guys don’t open for another 3 hours. Lame
