Karlene is fantastic. Not only is her attention to detail fantastic but she listens to what you want your results to look like and knows how to get any result from natural to dramatic and everything in between. She spent a lot of time educating me on how to best make my lashes last and I really appreciated that as I want to get the most out of my investment. I LOVE MY LASHES from Karlene!

I have a badly abraided left eye ball which is the result of an improperly placed «under eye» tape. Rinsing my eyes with saline solution hurts and I cannot wear my contact lenses today. Overall, I felt rushed and not properly cared for. The eyelashes themselves look good (although five have already fallen off, even though I have been extremely careful with them.)

I love Karlene! She is the BEST LashArtist in Washington! Not to mention she won an award for being the Lash Artist of the Year! Says a lot. Karlene is professional and truly loves what she does — and it shows! I would recommend anyone to 3Sixty Day Spa!
