Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These guys are the best enterprise in town. After dropping off my car I left my sunglasses in the vehicle and I actually got a call! The CSR bothered enough to call as tell me she had them. It was awesome. I am extremely forgetful and have left things, probably ever time I’ve rented a car from enterprise and NEVER got a call. This was awesome. My only wish with enterprise is that they would give frequent users a deal once in a while. I’m always confused when I go to the coast and get a car for 5 days and it’s $ 100 compared to the $ 650 I pay here. Yikes! But customer service to me is what counts and these guys are great!

My insurance company set me up with Enterprise while my car was stolen and it was an easy and stress-​less transaction. They put me in a terrific car and got me out of there quickly and it was not my first experience with them. Each time (about 4 in the last year) I’ve had a high degree of customer service that I’ve noted as unusual as it’s so wonderful.

Rented a car here from 4÷7−11. Within 10 minutes, Mitch helped us get into a brand new Camry. The car was clean, reliable, and good on gas. The return process was smooth as well. Bryan offered a courtesy ride to a location of our choosing (MAX Station).

Great customer service, great car. No issues, no trouble, it was all a breeze. My only complaint is that the price is pretty high, and that a renter isn’t told the FULL costs up front. Enterprise tells you the basic car rental cost to make it sound like a great deal, then after you’ve decided to rent it, they tell you how much all the added stuff costs and what your total is. I get why they do this – but I do find that it misrepresents their service, which is otherwise very good.

What is up with Enterprise Car Rental? They started adding a clause that includes «loss of use». If you wreck the car you have to keep renting it until it is fixed. This is unseemly. I’m renting it. If they cannot figure how to rent cars without this kind of abuse, they should leave the business. This stuff of whispering at the end of inspection, oh by the way… Enterprise ought to leave the business.

I always rent out from Enterprise when I do my road trip holidays. Since rates have a tendency to be higher at the airport than at non-​airport locations (which is weird, it’s the opposite situation in Canada) I usually try booking to one which is easy to get to using public transit.
I had no problem whatsoever finding this location. I also book my rental online a few weeks or months in advance to get a cheaper rate.
The staff at this location are young, but they had my car ready and when I returned it, they even gave me a lift to the train station since I had a huge backpack with me, so I could get back to the airport easily.
It’s always a crap-​shoot when it comes to rentals but I can’t say I’ve ever had a problem with Enterprise.

showed up with a confirmed reservation, but no car was available at this location. The person «helping» me returned a personal text with her cell phone before looking up my reservation. So, no car and rude staff, is there a rating lower than one star?

Wanted to update that once a regional manager (Christina) reached out to me, they hooked me up and the customer service has been fantastic ever since. It’s actually the only rental location I use now.

Car got broken into yesterday and today after my insurance company made a reservation they showed up a half an hour later. So friendly and knowledgeable!

Very busy location — long wait on 9/​19, but staff was friendly and trying to serve everyone. The full-​size car I had reserved was not available, but we returned the next day and got a Volks Passat for the rest of our trip with a 20% discount. The car was great! Although the initial wait was tedious, in the end it was worth it! Thanks guys!

I rented from the Sandy Blvd. store (considerably cheaper than PDX!). The staff was flexible and efficient: when the available vehicle was short of gas, they took 15% off the bill. I almost always use Enterprise in Portland; I’ve not been disappointed yet.

I have a soft spot for Enterprise. They simply have, by far, the nicest staff among all the rental companies. This Portland branch included!

I’ve always had great service, easy no hassle rent and return with Enterprise at this location. Also appreciate the competitive pricing with no hidden fees or taxes. I know exactly what it’s gonna cost me ahead of time. I’ll continue to use Enterprise, and specifically this location of Enterprise for any of my future rental needs.

I recently experienced a complication with my rental, and was incredibly satisfied with the way the Enterprise agents took care of my needs. They truly went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly and efficient service, even on Friday when the lobby was stuffed full of people waiting for a car.
The manager, McKenzie, is amazing to watch. She was never rude even when we overheard her dealing with rude customers, but she is firm and very assertive.

Great service. Picked me up right on time.
Unfortunately, did not have full size sedan as requested. Needed full size for six adults. Subaru Legacy offered as upgrade is not a large car. Tried Chevy Captiva but added $ 10 per day. Still really only a 4 adult car, so used it as cargo car and took my Rover to beach as well.

This was my first car rental ever & I am extremely glad I chose to go with Enterprise! The prices were great, the rental was clean & it took almost no time to set everything up & be on my way. The best part of the experience with Enterprise (besides the excellent road trip I took) was the over the top fantastic customer service I received from McKenzie Chase who immediately disarmed any anxiety I had towards renting a car for the first time. She was genuinely friendly, articulate & a multi-​tasking queen the likes of which is very rare. Couldn’t give her more props!

Before our Portland trip I was scrambling to find an affordable economy car for four days. After checking with the other guys & realizing airport car rentals were insanely expensive, this location popped up with an awesome deal of $ 14.99 a day. I immediately booked online, would have been dumb not to.
The store was closed so we couldn’t call in to confirm, but a half an hour later MacKenzie called us. She was still at the store & made sure we were all set. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. She informed us that they don’t do airport pick ups, but that there were plenty of cabs. No biggie.
Before arriving to the rental store I was expecting a painfully long process — you know how that paperwork can go. It wasn’t. MacKenzie was quick, friendly, & offered us a free upgrade. What a nice start to our trip! We were out the door with a brand new Chrysler.
Our last day we decided to keep our car for a few more hours so we called in & to our amazement, it wasn’t an issue. The entire process went smoothly, car was great, service excellent. Enterprise has my vote!

I had to rent a car after my other one was in an accident. Wow, were these guys fast, efficient and friendly! The cars on their lot were in good shape and I was treated kindly and quickly.
