Portland, OR
Poor quality care, un compassionate staff. Do your research. Complaints and investigations with DHS and ombudsman. I wouldn’t let this place take care of a homeless dig let alone a loved one who needs care. My mom was here only a year and it was the worst experience my family has had to go through. Many other great facilities… Avoid this one.
