I’m a homeowner now! And a very large part of that is thanks to Eldridge. He really walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood how everything works. He has a depth of knowledge about the Portland real estate market and helped me choose a neighborhood that suits my needs perfectly. He also worked within my budget which could have been a real challenge. He interfaced really well with my lender and the other parties involved in the sale and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I would heartily recommend him to people who are wondering if they could become homeowners. Give him a call and find out!

Eldridge was my sister’s real estate agent for her first time buying property. He went above and beyond at every step, walking my sister through the entire process, driving her around when she was so new that she didn’t even have a car in Oregon, and even giving her advice on how to unclog a winterized toilet. I would highly recommend him for any first time buyer, or anyone looking for a great real estate agent in Portland. She (nor I) could not have had a better experience.
