I can only review on our one interaction, but I scheduled a meeting at my office for an official estimate for weekly janitorial service. She did not show and did not respond to my query about what happened. I would love to have heard why she didn’t show and rescheduled a visit, but I have moved on to find other services now.

Mackenzie rocks! To set up the scenario: We live in a three story townhouse and have a long haired puppy that likes to shed a lot, not to mention we’ve got 3 make roommates that share a single bathroom. Lets just say she had her work cut out for her, but she got it done. The areas are clean and we’re def excited to have her come back again. She came in early this morning and the house was exceptionally clean by this afternoon. Thank you!

Two thumbs up! Mackenzie and company did an excellent job cleaning my apartment for me. It was a move-​out appointment and I’d lived there for two years with three cats. Suffice it to say that it was a big job! Mackenzie and her partner did great work — quickly, btw — and were both friendly and affordable to boot. I highly recommend them!
