Larry is great with customer service — he does a good job of explaining the options. He even was able to get my pet stains out.

Larry arrived right on time and we chatted a bit about what he was going to do, what my role would be after he left and explaining my possible options. I had pet stains from my old dog and he got them all out. Not only that, but he took his time to make sure I was happy. What better customer service is there than that??? My carpet looked brand new! Thanks!
