Eco Car Wash

There was a problem with the conveyor and the car in front of me stopped. The attendant told the driver to reverse, right into me! Fortunately there was no damage to either car. After coming out without the final rinse or dry, I asked for a refund. The attendant refused, instead offering a free wash, that I wasn’t about to take after the equipment malfunction and accident. After asking him to call his manager, I mentioned to the next driver that the conveyor failed and caused an accident, and the attendant threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave.

I always kick myself when I go here!
The attendants are just doing the minimum-​even if I tip them– just taking money and sending cars thru – nothing extra other than tape on back wiper. Just so happened that I got bird droppings on car and Eco was close. I still had to clean up some when I got home. I thought about asking to go thru again – it’s just a bad system that doesn’t clean cars and if you pay extra for wax and tire shine, you don’t receive it. Ugh… kicking myself right now!
I prefer Kaddy hands down!!!

They have terrible customer service. Over charged me on a multi wash card. I had to take it to the BBB. Eco still has not done what they said they would. Too many other better options to get my car washed.

DON’T GO HERE. Their machine damaged my car, and, they refused to pay for or fix the damage.

I got the $ 10 Polish Plus Wash. If you are expecting your car to come out 100% clean after not washing it for 5+ months, then you are asking a lot. Shame on me for waiting so long to wash my car. I will have to go back again in a few weeks to get another wash. The staff was helpful. I didn’t have to go through menus and swiping my card; the attendant took care of that for me. Another attendant directed me onto the track. The tape they use to secure your rear window wiper is nice and wide and covers it thoroughly and safely. The wash did not apply any tire shine to my tires, but the tires, and, more importantly, the wheels, got really clean. It was a very quick wash, quicker than any other wash I’ve gone through. If you have a roof rack with cross rails, I highly suggest removing the cross rails to assist the cleaning of your roof.
The vacuums were a ³⁄₅. They worked, but my home vacuum cleaner has more suction. A bit disappointing. Wish they gave out or had a bucket of chamois or towels to wipe down cars. I will have to bring my own next time, though the drying process did a decent job in the wash.
I will go through the wash again in a few weeks an update my review.

Awful place. Despite us telling them so many times they were just not doing it. It’s like they have a very low standard of cleaning just the outside and despite paying for inside they would not simply clean. My husband n I got tired of pointing to very common things like whipping the seats. Unbelievable. :(total waste of our money.

Do it. If you’ve gone to far as to search for places to wash your car, this one will do.
I got the $ 10, yea, I splurged. Blew right past that $ 6 wash and went straight to the $ 10, like a boss. For the extra $ 4 you get the polish, which is really just another goop falling on your car at the end, a little wet shammy to clean the inside a bit, and a token for the vacuum/​foam cleaner thing. This will get you 4 mins I believe, so take a few deep breaths then vacuum like your life depends on it.
No one will actually hand wash your car here, this is all machine operated. It might not get off that crusty bird poop on your side window but something tells me that’s on you, you waited to long. PS. I’m that person.
If you’re one of those people who buys a $ 6 car wash and says «there are still streaks on my window!» first off, chill it’s gonna be okay. Secondly, this might not be the place for you. I’m not entirely sure what makes this place «Eco» but some things in life are a mystery you know?.. and that’s okay.

Our car died at the chevron station across the street from the Eco Car Wash. I had to push my car up a slope to a parking spot after I was told by the gas attendant «we’re not allowed to touch people’s cars.» Thanks goodness for the awesome young men at the Eco Car Wash across the street who came running to assist me in not only pushing my car But then offering jumper cables! They were great And so helpful! Thanks guys!

Its a normal car wash. Nothing real crazy to report. if you live close by you will get a mailer with discounts though.

Do not go here. Expecting a nice clean shine on my Jag (paid 10 bucks) buy my car did not come out shiny at all. Their machine also ate my 75 cents and they would not refund me even after I bought the more expensive $ 2.00 rag. Really? What kind of Buisness are you? and the token for their vacuum was not 5 minutes at all. As you can imagine, my Jag is pretty clean but all I could get through was the front and 1 back passenger side. What a rip-​off!

OK, I could not let this place have a solitary one five-​star review, as that was NOT my experience at all. We have a 2011 black VW Jetta wagon, and it was fairly dirty after all of the rain we’ve had the last many weeks. I chose the $ 10 option, and went for the wash and polish. This is the first drive-​thru car wash I’ve taken this car through-​so maybe this is the norm-​but after the wash it was still completely dirty under the two roof rack rails (which have plenty of clearance), and the entire back of the car was still dirty. I’m definitely trying somewhere else next time.
