Recommended screening versus refinish and surface they put on our floors actually worsened them as it was like a clear glaze that is bubbling and peeling up everywhere. They are not standing behind their work. They recommended the treatment and now pointing finger at us for choosing it. Floors would have been better off untouched and so would our wallets.

Decca Floors has taken excellent care of us and our floors. We bought a house last year before the holidays and needed an economical and immediate installation of hardwoods. Lam and his crew gave us all the scenarios of what we could expect under the carpet (and subsequently under the suspicious laminate and the corresponding costs that we may incur. No surprises from Decca Hardwood, they had the foresight and a game plan. The mystery floors of our new home turned out to be very unfortunate. Lam and the guys took care of it, kept us updated at every step and got the job completed before we hosted our first Thanksgiving at our new house. Everyone that visits compliments the floors!
I’m giving 5 stars because it has been almost a year since doing business with Decca. I called them today with some questions. Lam not only remembered me, but he is helping me out after all this time.
Who says customer service has gone the way of the Dodo? Decca hardwood still takes care of their people! Thanks!
