I think the apartments are run better now that Guardian has taken over. The parking is still bad, there seems to be a lot more tenants living in apartments than signed on leases, and the kids do not seem to clean up after themselves. The location is ok and fairly quiet and the new management is much better.

More cons than pros. Firstly, the rent is way too high for what you get. The apartment itself is nice on the inside, but hte children running rampant and the noisy neighbors make this a hard place to live! The parking is atrocious and the biling department screwed up MULTIPLE times with me. I am STILL waiting for my security deposit to be refuned, but god forbid you’re a day late on rent. I also had a debacle with them over using a different checking account than normal one month; they actually refused payment from me and then tried to slap a late fee on me! All in all, business is not run professionally and managers are too lax on following through on tenant complaints.
