Stylist here has been cutting my hair for about 5 years, and my hair is difficult to cut. I’ve been through countless stylists, and I am glad I found someone that I can trust. Professional, kindhearted, and not your typical stylist.

So in the world of Unilocal reviews there are «drive by» reviews with a wink and a nod to the business, but let me be clear at the outset… this is not one of those! Yours truly has not just your average head of hair, but essentially a fast growing shrub attached to a head and set of shoulders that is curly and out of control by the time I make my monthly visit. Now don’t get me wrong… the wife LOVES the curls, but she also loves the «Mike Brady» I came back through the door with just as much. Let’s just say my grooming needs are like a kaleidoscope!
The reason I say that this is not your average review is because I realize that rarely does a consumer stick with one person or place for eight years. However, this is exactly how long Artimesia has been cutting my hair, massaging my scalp, placing hot towels on my face and using the straight razor to clean up my neck. I mean think about it eight years, really? How many things have you been so pleased with for eight straight years of your life?
The other reason I am going to encourage you to go visit Artemesia is because she is an entrepreneur with a heart! If you are a «keep it local» consumer, then this is exactly where you want to spend your dollars… not at some chain! She cares about her clients and she has sat and listened to stories about me and my family for so long she feels like she knows them all! She is a great story of triumph of the human spirit, a never say die gal who will hopefully impress you as much as she has impressed me over the years. Oh, did I mention… order the M3 package… the scalp, back and hand massage are worth every penny! If you don’t start ‘zzzzzzzz’ing immediatley, then something is wrong with you!

She has cut my hair every month for over a year now and does a superb job every time.
