Attended a post-​harvest winery party recently at JK Carriere in Willamette Valley, OR.
Crown Paella were the featured caterers for the event and everything from the passed apps of Jamon Serano & Figs and Pulled Pork sliders through to the ‘Crown Royale’ Paella were absolutely delicious. There were approximately 100 guests and every aspect of the event was beautifully executed. We were honored to be part of such an incredible evening.

We hired Crown Paella to cater our wedding this summer and they were exceptional. We had several tapas for guests to pick at (which were SO delicious) while Scott cooked the paella. Emily was a dream come true the day of the wedding — making sure everything looked great and was set up in the most accessible way for our guests. Scott gave a speech to all the guests about the paella and the proper way to enjoy it, which everyone appreciated. Crown Paella is a great team and they really deliver a beautiful, tasty experience.

They catered for a team event that my work had in Hood River. The paella was fabulous. They take no short cuts. It had the yummy burnt layer on the bottom (socarrat), and the seafood was delicious. It was moist, and the rice was cooked perfectly. They use plenty of saffron, which adds an excellent aroma that can’t be beaten. Beside the paella, their sides are awesome. There were crostinis was aoili and octopus. 3 types of cheese. Fig, procioutto and blue cheese. Dessert was crème brûlée which was also great; it had a very nice touch of orange.

We hired Crown Paella to cater our rehearsal dinner for approx 50 guests this August. Scott prepared the paella from scratch on the sidewalk outside and all the guests enjoyed watching the impressively large pans bubble up with goodness. The tapas were delicious and the peach cobbler at the end of the night was light and tasty. Emily was very professional and easy to work with from the time we first started corresponding with her. She coordinated all of the rentals we needed and did a great job with the set up to carry out our vision of the room. Emily was thoughtful about helping us stay within budget and offered creative suggestions about the layout of the room so we could maximize the offerings of our rental space.

Scott and Emily prepared a very special birthday dinner for 12 at our place. Everything was fabulous — extra special. Mouth-​watering tapas, paella (prepared on site from scratch!) and a stunning dessert. We arranged for the sangria and the guests raved all night. All the food was an A+. Look forward to the next time and would highly recommend for any house party.
