Critter Car

I have a 2 y/​o high energy Yorkie terrier named Binco that demands attention. I wish I could spend all day with him, but alas, I’m a resident at OHSU, which means I have long hours and travel for conferences. I hired these guys to come over Sunday — Friday (my work week) to take Binco on a 30min walk midday. This has worked out really well. Dan, my provider through Critter Car, is very timely, respectful, and he pays attention to details.
One thing I really liked about this company from the get-​go was the free Meet and Greet. When they came out to meet me, introduce themselves, and meet Binco, 2 providers came out. They explained they do their meet and greets in pairs in case something were to happen to one provider, there is another ready to step in immediately. I never thought about that, but it made total sense and was an immediate indication that these guys are professionals and have thought about how to ensure consistent quality service.
So I’ve been using Critter Car for 1 month now. The reason I’m motivated to write this review now, though, is I took advantage of their taxi service recently. I was going to be out of town and needed Binco to go to boarding and to the vet for his 2 year vaccinations. Critter Car was able to taxi Binco to and from both locations in their official Critter Car-​mobile (it’s really cute looking) which saved me time. There are a lot of advantages to using these guys because they are professional and they offer multiple services, which means when the occasions come up you can use them for multiple purposes.
