1st off this store is in a shady location. I feel like I should be carrying a gun to walk into this store. 2nd its next to a liquor store(definitely ghetto). Next comes the FANTASTIC customer service. I walk in and wait in line for about ten minutes. There were three people ahead of us in line so we waited. I was already on the fence before walking in as to whether or not to continue paying for Cricket’s extremely awful cell service, coverage, horrific customer service, and barely functional equipment. When we got to the counter to speak with the CSR about our phone issue he never greeted us with a «Welcome to Cricket, how can I help you?» or even a «How are you doing» In fact we actually had to wait to capture his attention because he was too busy talking with his co-worker and finishing up an important conversation about deciding whether or not to go over to the Liquor Store across the street and get drunk on his lunch break. Then after that we listened to him receive spanish lessons from a co-worker, and finally before we were worthy of being talked to they had another discussion about a great line from a movie they had both seen and how important it was for their existence. All in all it took every ounce of strength and self control to refrain from reaching across the table and dragging ignoramous #1 across it by the ears for the severe beating he truly deserved AND was asking for. I promise that I will never shop here again and will soon be disconnecting my cricket service permanently. I just cannot understand a company not taking advantage of a perfect opportunity to wow me with great customer service or to amaze me with a friendly smile and quick answers to my questions or problems(afterall I was on the fence about them to begin with). Nope, instead I recieved grunts, mindless stupidity, and immaturity and a complete lack of professionalism. These two CSR’s clearly were dumber than dog crap and I will never be back. LOSERS! LASTNOTE: Cricket is just full of hidden fees. Wanna pay your phone bill? Theres a fee to do that. $ 5 in store(cash) + $ 3 credit card fee($ 8.00 total), $ 3 over the phone using automated system, or $ 2 to pay online.
