Every time I go the ladies are always so helpful and always suggest great products. The last time I went they suggested a styling cream and I am INLOVE with it. Always a great experience and very nice workers!

So this will be the first and last time I will support this store due to lack of unprofessionalism and disorganization! I had shown my license to Saloncentric, Salon Services, and Ed Wyse and they didn’t have a problem signing me up and I don’t have a problem shopping in those places since they have my information on file and they can easily find it – whether I have a membership card or not. I signed up at the Cosmoprof in Beaverton, showed my actual license and they put it my name on a piece of paper and beside my name they put«OR License» and I didn’t have a problem getting any beauty supplies there. But I live around this Cosmoprof, thinking I have my license number on file and nope, they don’t have me on file. They only have the«student ID» I used like four years ago because it «expired» and I can’t shop there anymore unless if I have my license or pocket license on myself. I got dropped off to get color and I only brought cash(since by the way, I never got a card nor the Beaverton location never gave me an application to sign up) they just put my name down and«OR license» …no number or anything! And I got yelled at by them telling me that I needed to have my license number on myself at the time of the purchase. I was real nice to them and said«I don’t have it on me since I got dropped off… sorry» and put the color back and I hear them snickering in the back mocking me! WTF, are you kidding me?! They didn’t have to take it to that level to let me know that I don’t have a license on myself! And also, my roommate who is also a licensed hairdresser had the same problem and she also said that the number on file is her student ID and she graduated from beauty school – 8 years ago, and they gave her a pain in the ass to sell her products when she had a valid Cosmoprof card from her actual Oregon license, and also it made her stop shopping there due to terrible service!
