outstanding service! I stopped by today to pick up my computer and was looking into buying phones for my nephews yesterday and we looked at a white iPhone but they didn’t have any, walked in today and they had exactly what we were looking for. they really do go above and beyond to take care of their customers very rare!

Sad when the owner has to go and tell lies about his unhappy customers, saying we are his competition. Lol not even close buddy. Maybe you shouldn’t run your illegal second business in the back room. I would not ever take anything to this store or for that matter buy anything from this store. It is managed by an incompetent employee who at least when I was there, not even paying attention to his customers because he is to busy on Craigslist or what ever he is doing in the backroom of his work. 0 customer service skills

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Was told my computer would be fixed in two days and that it would be free if they could not repair it. Different stories from different employees each time I called with no follow up or contact from Comprite. The one employee I dealt with the most tried to intimidate me and had no service skills whatsoever. Did not have a good feeling from the beginning but still gave it a shot. 2 weeks later and 90.00 less I finally got my laptop back with no repairs made. WILLNEVERGOBACKAGAIN.

Went in there because my Iphone was not charging. Asked him how much it was to repair. First he said it was a free diagnostic so they took it to the back room. Came out shortly later and said we have to charge you $ 50 to figure out whats wrong which was not covered under the free diagnostic. Then said it could be either the battery or the charging port. I asked how much those were and he said«probably around $ 50 each I’m guessing». I wanted more of a firm answer before giving my phone to them to charge me what they pleased. He went into the back room and shut the door every time I asked a question which was kinda awkward. So they were going to charge me $ 150 to replace the battery and charging port which these parts are less than $ 10each to buy online and the process takes 30 min for a skilled tech. Than after all this, I took a small brush and some rubbing alcohol to my charging port and it fixed the problem completely. Maybe their pricing is industry standard but it seems like a rip off. Comprite just did not fit my needs for the problem I had.

I came here because I am tired of extending my contract through TMobile just to get another crap phone. These guys have used cell phones for all the different companies and are very reasonably priced. They are great and have numerous locations around Portland.

I had a cell phone that was in a real bad way(front screen dead and all-white main screen with no earpiece sound). The people at Verizon insisted that there was nothing they could do to save my contact list locally in the Portland market, as they had discontinued their contract with the company providing them with the«cellbright» machines that they used for data transfer. I tried a couple of other stores, both of whom were going to charge me to transfer my data to a new phone, but couldn’t accomplish the task anyhow. As a last resort, I went to CompRite, as they advertized a cell phone repair service, and I figured that repairing my broken phone would be the easiest way to save my contact list. At CompRite, they were really busy– nonstop people coming through the door. Even though those guys were absolutely slammed with customers, they took the time to attach my phone to a PC, and after several minutes of trying, they were able to rescue my data. They took my e-mail address and then they e-mailed my contact list to me, free of charge. Of course I went ahead and bought a used replacement phone there on the spot for a very reasonable price(right in line with the prices for the same model on E-bay). After the hassles I had at the Verizon store, and the useless shrugs I got from the staff at the retail outlets that allegedly rescue data for a living, this experience was amazing. If Verizon had put in half the effort that CompRite did to solve my problem, I would have kept the new phone I’d bought and not cancelled a new 2-year service agreement.
