Colorhaus is a large scale print shop with a comfortable atmosphere and incredible customer service. They always meet their deadlines and the owners are perfectionists so your print job is perfect every time. I have been a customer for over five years and would not trust my print jobs to anyone else. They also ship anywhere.

I’m so happy I found Color Haus! I had tried a couple others in the area that were fine for what I had needed in the past, but this time I really needed 250 brochures printed and folded, in a rush, and Lori at ColorHaus came through and did a great job at a good price. I will definitely be back soon for some stickers, among other things!
I’d also like to mention that Lori is super friendly and on top of things. I had talked with others around town that were not friendly and almost made me feel like I was bothering them.
So, hands down, I recommend coming to Color Haus for not only a good job, but also a smile!

I had the opportunity to work with Phil and Lori on a proposal about a month ago. They were excellent to work with, making thoughtful suggestions about design and layout throughout the entire process. Phil and Lori were so super helpful and we will definitely chose them again for any printing needs. They printed our wedding Save the Date postcards using my watercolor painting, and they helped with the editing to make everything fit and looked great. Their turnaround time was super fast, and their rates were more than reasonable. We loved working with them so much we had them do our invitations, RSVP cards, and wedding favor CD labels. Super high quality work. I had several people ask me how I had time to hand-​paint all the invitations — that’s how great their prints look! These guys are the real deal. I had the opportunity to work with them before tabling for the Portland Zine Symposium. They were able to get me beautiful prints of my zine in a very short time. After seeing the great work coming out of there I highly recommend this place! They were proactive, super friendly and are focused on quality.

I used ColorHaus for printing a project proposal at the 11^th (and I mean 11^th!) hour. Not only were Phil and Lori willing to come in for the final printing and collation over the 4^th of July holiday weekend, they were with me every step of the way as this project morphed from big to just plain ridiculous. After 14 hours at the shop with me, incorporating tens of last-​minute changes and re-​print requests, and HAND BINDING 16 copies of my 160 page proposal when the automated coil binder couldn’t handle the extra (unanticipated) pages… ColorHaus delivered a final set of GORGEOUS proposals at 3:00a, with smiles on their faces. They even helped me package them up and get them out to my car. «Going above and beyond» doesn’t even begin to describe the service I got from ColorHaus — it was truly A+. I found Colorhaus while trying to search for a local printer that could print an 11×17, digital print, coil-​bound calendar. Colorhaus answered my questions better than the rest so I went with them. And I’m glad I did. Not only did the calendars come out looking brilliant but it was really the service that drives this review. They made multiple suggestions for any question I had, showed me samples, worked out timelines, sent proofs to clients, helped order shipping envelopes — and all of this while trying to find the best possible price and meet my deadline which was VERY tight. It was really a best-​case scenario to find a vendor like this. I can’t wait to work with them again in the near future and I’d highly recommend their services. Incidentally, the calendar featured pictures of cats that had been rescued by Canopy Cat Rescue — the team who now have a show on Animal Planet called «Treetop Cat Rescue» –and these calendars were the perfect way to get things started! I am an artist that specializes in pin-​up illustrations and erotic photography. I’ve discovered that some printing presses get all bent out of shape when I ask them to print my work out or just do a really shoddy job at it. My good friend Pete Ellison, who is an amazing artist and musician, suggested these guys to me and I am so grateful that I checked them out! ColorHaus is a local business that offers a variety of printing services at very reasonable rates. I recently had to print out a series of digital illustrations for an art show in San Francisco and I was extremely pressed for time. Not only did they produce some amazing art prints for me but they also helped me package the work for shipping! Phil and Lori are very professional yet incredibly easy going. They were accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. ColorHaus rocks!

ColorHaus printed a number of stickers and prints I designed and displayed/​sold at the recent Rose City Comic Convention; they were very fast, very courteous, extremely helpful, and worked very, very hard to ensure we had our order in time for the show. They’re lovely people, who do lovely work, and I would recommend them unreservedly. They offer a wide variety of services, and they seem extremely well connected in the Portland creative services community; if they can’t do it, it sure seems like they know who can. Just terrific.

I found ColorHaus while searching for a company that would print the type or horizontal bi-​fold pamphlet I needed for a company order.
Not only was I greeted on the phone IMMEDIATELY by a real (awesome) human being named Phil when I called, Phil assured me they could print any kind of pamphlet we wanted — it didn’t have to be the template they had on the site. Perfect… It’s gets better.
I’m not the greatest designer, so my second big concern that the quality of the prints would come out not-​so-​great. I explained this to them, and ColorHaus basically said «don’t worry about it, we’ll make it look as great as possible,» as most companies would right? BUT ColorHaus meant it! As expected, my resolution was too low on the PDF’s I sent. So Phil had me send him the original photos and designs. He even told me the exact location of the file that needed my missing photos so I didn’t have to go searching and guessing for the right one.
THEN after they sent me a beautiful proof, our company needed to make a change in the pamphlet. No problem, ColorHaus’s super easy online PDF proof allows you to basically say «yes» or «no» on the proof. Oh, and they will send you a print proof if you want, too.
ColorHaus has been the most flexible, friendly, and easiest print company I have ever worked with. This is not just cut-​and-​paste machines creating your prints. These are real, talented, and hard-​working people. They are getting a personal «ThankYou» from me, and will always have my business. Spread the word, people.

ColorHaus printed our wedding save the dates, invites, and RSVPs, and they came out beautifully. Phil and the crew were really awesome to work with. We designed the cards ourselves, and ColorHaus guided us along the whole way so that we could send the files in the right format, etc. (we’re not pro designers or anything). They also printed out samples, so that we could make sure everything looked right. They didn’t charge anything for this. Lastly, I compared their prices with two other PDX printers, and they were by far the best.

Phil and Lori at ColorHaus were fantastic. We approached them about printing the save-​the-​date postcards for our wedding. They helped us with some simple graphic design work, came up with a process for printing the individual addresses on each card (no hand-​addressing for us!) and turned the job around in just a few days. They even stamped the cards and put them in the mail for us, and they look great! Thanks ColorHaus!

Phil and Lori run a great shop. Quality, pricing and reliability are exceptional. I wouldn’t take my business printing work anywhere else in town!

After checking with several other printers in the area for my print job, I was relieved to come across ColorHaus.
Even for my small print job, they were super welcoming, helpful, patient, and fast (had my job done by the end of the day). And they were the least expensive of any of the 5 print shops I checked with.
I also like how all of the paper they use is FSC Certified, which means it comes from sustainably harvested forestland.
No I don’t work there and am not related. Just know a good business when I see one!
