Classic Trophies T-Shirts & Engraving

I completely and totally echo one of the other posts on Unilocal about this company. I walked in expecting to see a normal store front with normal people there to help me. I was wrong. At first site there was a sign on the door to go around to the back entrance. I walked around back with no signage as to where I was going and then find the owner sitting in his car doing who knows what. I was then told to walk back around to the front of the store. Upon entry I was amazed at the tornado like devastation of the innards of this place of business. Disgusting, disorganized and repulsive. I went in on a Friday and was told my order would be ready the next Monday. I didn’t make it back until Thursday only to find that the door was locked with a closed sign flipped despite being there well within the hours of operation posted in the window. Already frustrated that my time had been wasted, I went back the next day to find one of the smelliest people assembling some ribbon medallions there to «greet» me with not much more than a grumble. I told him I was here to pick up my small and simple plate engraving. After stumbling and bumbling around, he got on the phone and I knew right away that he couldn’t find the plate. He got off the phone to tell me someone would be here in 3 minutes to help. 8 — 10 minutes later the original guy who took my order shows up scrambling around trying to find my order. After searching and searching and searching, he finally finds the plate to be engraved and the sample I left for him to replicate. You guessed it, the plate was blank and the work had not been completed yet. He said it was no problem and that he would knock it out right now for me while I waited. A half an hour has now gone by with absolutely no apology or acknowledgment or any wrongdoing or anything resembling customer service. After finally coming out of a hole in the back he hands me the plate to check the spelling etc. Spelling was correct but the engraving was crooked. I gave up, paid the man and left. As I’m waiting for traffic to clear so I could get into my car and get as far away as I can from this bad experience, he comes out to start chit chatting with me as though I’m another satisfied customer. I simply say to him that I can’t, under any circumstances, come back and do business here again. Again, with zero acknowledgment or apology, he smirks and walks back into the shop. Very disappointed to say the least. I have no idea how a place like that stays in business in with such a lack of care or communication and filth. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I’m all for small business and keeping it local, but this is ridiculous. I think these pictures should tell the story…
I had brought in a simple plaque needing a new name tag added. Plaque was supposed to be done a week earlier on a Friday. They called to tell me it would be running late but ready by Monday. OK, no problem.
I go back a week later, walk in, and there is my plaque sitting on a chair in the middle of all of these piles. The name plates were not attached yet.
OK, so guy screws name plates in and hands me the plaque. No wipe down, no box, packaging, or anything.
I go to pay for it and the guy can’t find my receipt to pay, no shit… He is literally looking through all of the piles in the pictures, under boxes, under papers, and after 10 minutes I just say, ‘Can I just pay you cash for this and you look for the paper on your own time?’ So, I pay and I’m outta there!
This all happens while another customer is waiting behind me. That guy should have ran out after watching this episode.

This is a cool place to get trophies. My dad got my softball team trophies from here 2 years in a row. They were great at getting them to us quickly. And everything looked very nice. I would totally buy things from here again.
