I found this shop after receiving a quote to fix a Catalytic Converter that seemed high to me. City Automotive did the job for less than ½ the estimate from the other shop! My car’s running great!

DO NOT COME HERE, son racistas contra Mexicanos. I just moved here from San Diego and my cars transmission and clutch have out. This place was recommended to me by a local auto parts store. They kept my car for two months never once calling me for pricing or anything updates. I had to call every time. They always have excuses to why it was taking so long and blaming me. Never once taking responsibility for themselves. Today they called to let me know that they will not «hold my car» for me. That I had abandoned my car here. Great now my car has a parking ticket that I will have to pay and I haven’t had my car in two month. And if that wasn’t bad enough these people are RACIST against Mexicans. The main mechanic or owner made a rude comment about how the only thing he hated about living in LA was the Mexicans.

Each time I’ve gone to them with my Saab the owner has done great work. I feel like I can really trust him and his workmanship. This last time he didn’t even charge me to look over the problem and topped off my coolant at no charge.
