Hands down, the best service and results! Searching the net for the «best» option for legal counsel can be daunting and down right stressful. I interviewed and met with a handful of Portland/​Metro area firms prior to my visit with Chenoweth Law Group. The difference was clear and has ultimately made me a life long client.
From my very first meeting with Brian Chenoweth and Sandra Gustitus; I realized the difference in their firm. They actually took the time to listen and review my concerns prior to moving forward. They had a sincerity that I hadn’t seen during my prior visits to «other» firms in town. They worked tirelessly to put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. More importantly, they offered an overall vision for navigating the complexities of litigation that ultimately proved to yield the most favorable results in my case.
Look, I understand… words like «litigation» never conjure up warm fuzzies for anyone. It can be stressful to say the least. When considering a firm, you should weigh your options but also put your faith in those you feel have your best interest in mind. I can honestly say that the good people at Chenoweth Law provide a one-​of-​a-​kind superior service to their clients. If there was a «Best of Portland» section, they belong on the list.

This is an updated review. I’d just like to state first off that I did not receive services from this firm. I initially contacted this firm in 2014 through their online chat but never heard back, which it why I gave them a 1 star review for their lack of client care. Today (over 1 year from the first review), I received a sincere apology from the employee who was responsible for the online chat intake. Although it has been over a year, I’ll accept an apology any day. I have change the star rating to 3, since I can’t accurately rate this firm’s services.

Brooks Foster was very helpful. He is an honest and sincere attorney. I called him from out of state and he was able to assist me via telephone and email. He quickly helped me resolve a disputed matter for a reasonable price. I was pleased with this firm and specially with Mr. Foster. I highly recommend him.
