Mr. Estes started out to be an okay Realtor, but he is not a patient person, and his only interest is getting his commission and nothing else. He is NOT a Buyer’s agent. He terminated our business relationship due to the fact that he had enough Buyer’s and did not need my business. He just wanted to sell me anything just to get me out of his hair. Not for a Half-​Million dollars! No way. You only showed me 50 Homes tops! NOT 300! Perhaps you don’t know how to count either. I may have looked at 300 Homes online, but not seen them physically.

I have purchased and sold many properties in my time. I must say that Chad was the best realtor I ever had the pleasure of working with! He was attentive, kind, patient, and very engaged. It was clear that he cared about what was important to me and my family. He went above and beyond. You can’t go wrong here.

Yet, he’s still a tough negotiator and will work hard to get you the absolute best possible scenario for your home purchase. From the second we started looking, my husband and I were so glad to have Chad on our side of the deal. He just made the entire process so great! When we went into contract, we were a little sad to no longer get to go house hunting with him, he’s just so much fun and really knows his stuff!

Chad is a fantastic Realtor that will be your #1 champion in purchasing your new home. He was referred to me by my mortgage broker (first time home buyer) due to his high level of professionalism and his ability to get the deal done. In our first conversation i mentioned that I had whittled down my list to 5 homes that I wanted to look at and he was all «Great! Meet you at the first one at 7pm?» and off we went! His practiced eye was such a huge help (HGTV can only get one so ready to find flaws). We hit all 5 and I had my offer in that night and that last one stopped us both in our tracks as «the one».
Chad utilizes DocuSign which makes reviewing documents and signature gathering quick and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. He would send me a text saying that something was in my inbox, i would review and send it back. We were able to get all of our ducks in a row quickly and when the seller became a bit of a pain, he was tenacious in making sure we stayed on schedule (tight closing schedule). 43 days from the day we met, I have my house and am so excited about my new start!
