Burning Bush was the only chimney service company that was willing to put in the time and effort to find a part that we needed to repair our fireplace insert so that we could complete the sale of our home. Other companies either wouldn’t return our calls or would come out and look at the insert with confused looks on their faces and then would never get back to us with a quote. Glenn came out right away, searched for the difficult to find part, ordered it, and installed it all within one week. He also replaced our chimney cap. It was such a relief during a stressful time. We would highly recommend him.

We choose Glenn to install our woodstove insert not because he was the cheapest (we got lower bids), but because he seemed to have good ideas about how to prep the fireplace and like he cared about doing quality work. He showed up on time, but seemed the most concerned about getting paid before he’d even started. He tried to convince me to pay him before I got home to see the stove installed. Thankfully I refused, and when saw the stove it was off center by a couple inches. I called him and he agreed to fix it the next day, but never apologized for the shoddy job. I wish I had gone with All Fuel.
