If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not a jaded client either. I never had the opportunity to be a client because Bridge City Counseling never called me back! I tried two separate times with two detailed messages leaving my name, number, and email address… plenty of opportunity to at least respond to me, but nothing.
If you’re going to have an automated receptionist service field your calls, try checking in on the messages every once in awhile.
