Brick House Project

I have had the chance to work with The Brick House on a large number of projects all over the board. What I find to be very useful is their knowledge of Real Estate… and all other marketing platforms. Print, web, social media or outside the box ideas… they have resources and relationships to make it happen. In an area with lots of quality alternatives… BHP is one of the good ones!

One of the services Brick House Project provides is a mailing service. You upload your post card via their website with a mailing list. They print, stamp and mail for you a great product. I had used their services for years and have only recently received the worst service EVER.
The second to the last time I will ever use their services: I was advertising a time sensitive (dated) event. They assured me it would be out before the date stamped on the card. I received a proof on the 21^st which I immediately ok’d and yet they didn’t mail it out until the 25^th and the event had already taken place on the 24^th. LAME!
They were very sorry and offered me a free mailing to make up for it. And I decided to give them a second chance.
The last time I will ever use their services: 4 months later I send them a new mailer. They didn’t acknowledge receiving it. 3 days later I call and they say «oh ya no problem. we will take care of it». Another week passes and I don’t hear anything. The girl who was handling it emailed me and told me she had a family emergency and the mailer was going to be processed immediately. She was very sorry. It was at this point I knew I would never use their services again. But I had no idea how much more that thought would become solidified in my mind. After inquiring about it for what felt like the millionth time I was told I would receive a phone call the next day before 10am. No one ever called. It has now been 4 weeks and the mailer still hasn’t reached the world. It was finally mailed out 3 weeks after submission, but now it is lost in space.
I am a business owner and I rely on service providers to help me on a regular basis. It is imperative to a successful business to be timely and attentive. This place is not.
