Five stars in every way! I spent 1.5 hours there just talking to the owner about various things that dealt with skin care. She was amazing to speak to and comes with a plethora of knowledge. She really knows her stuff and is passionate about the products. I have shopped here in the past, but this trip definitely made me want to go back and buy one of everything. If you spend more than $ 100, you get a free soap! It is yogurt with banana and has real fruit in it – feels great on the skin! I am so in love with this store and the owner. She really made me feel like a million bucks!

I’m in love with the cucumber rose soap and the Dead Sea mud soap! They are so natural and won’t dry out the skin. Can’t wait to try out other products at the store.

I’m a skin care snob. I love good quality, natural and effective products. Botanicus products answer all my requirements and more. I found the store during a visit in Portland and got hooked. I can’t have enough of these products. The rose body milk is divine. The hand cream is so rich but not oily. The face cream is very moisturizing and nourishing, like no other cream I have tried before. The products are not cheap but they are so concentrated and they last for many months. I’m so glad Margaret decided to bring this brand to the U.S. It’s really one of a kind.

I stumbled upon this store when visiting Portland. The owner and staff were very helpful and nice (and even provided a wonderful dinner recommendation).
The products are incredible and well worth the price. They also have a online store for those of us who aren’t based in Portland.

I am very hard to impress in regards to skin care — I make a lot of my own basics because frankly, the quality isn’t worth the price when I can generally make something better quality in five minutes for half the price that’s tuned exactly to what I know works with my skin.
This place actually hits a lot of the same range of products I can make myself, but I still found myself purchasing a hand cream. It’s just so nice to have a store that actually doesn’t bullshit on the quality that isn’t psychotically priced. I mean, don’t get me wrong — it’s expensive here. But I bought a $ 25 hand cream that’s equivalent or better than anything on the market, including lotions 4x its price. When it advertises an ingredient being in there, it’s in there in significant enough quantities that you can feel it, and that is a depressingly rare quality in skincare. And most of its ingredients actually have tested benefits rather than bullshit, which again, depressingly rare.
It’s not my dream store in my insane pickiness– it focuses a little more on the natural side of skin care than the scientific side, which is really my preference, and it’s really priced so that all moisturizers are hand and face only (which honestly, part of the reason I make my own is so that I can afford to use my moisturizers full bodily), but it does have very seriously quality products for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this to anyone in search of serious quality moisturizers and fun soaps.

This little shop is delightful and it’s the only Botanicus location in the whole United States. (they will ship for you too). Ultra luxe creams and lotions and potions and soaps. The store smells divine and offers the purest European (Prague) body and skin products you will find. If you don’t know about Botanicus products yet… what are you waiting for? Kelly helped me and was very knowledgable about the whole line. Perfect products for gift giving, better yet… for yourself! Loved everything here!
