Body Reconnect

I am always skeptical of new things and have had many massages that were just OK. The reason I went to him was to help with stress knots in my back. After a couple of sessions I felt like a million dollars! I am not a jogger, but a walker of two big dogs and after the first session i actually wanted to run. My energy levels were way up and the stress level way down. Quite frankly I would call it a mixture of massage, yoga and physical therapy. I am going back and will recommend him to everyone who just wants to feel physically and mentally better.

I was introduced to Eric by a friend and had a session yesterday so it’s fresh in my body and mind. I received more than I imagined. Eric doesn’t give «massages» in the traditional sense. What he gives is so much more. He created a safe space for me to relax and he exhibited profound compassion when I literally broke down. The combination of body work and breath work he taught me allowed my body to release a lifetime of pent up stress, anger, sorrow, and pain. I knew my body was holding onto stress («impressively» tight shoulders, hamstrings, hips, you name it) but I didn’t know the extent of it. He really helped me release. I signed up for more sessions!!!

Eric’s work is unique and has given me new ways to make progress on long standing issues where i had previously reached a plateau. It’s challenging work and so i recommend it to those who are self-​motivated. Also, my girlfriend had just one session with Eric and came away with some impressive physical changes that i could easily see and have stuck.

For many years I have been a runner, but after the birth of my child in 11/​2013, I just couldn’t run due to hip pain. This went on for over a year, and then I found Eric. After two sessions with Eric, I have been back to running pain-​free. It is nothing short of amazing. Eric’s treatment seemed to free up restrictions in muscles that no amount of stretching could do. It now seems like my pelvis and the muscles needed to move comfortably have been liberated. This result would have been enough to make me a committed client, but there is more. I feel as though the style of Eric’s work releases emotions in a way that I haven’t experienced with other bodywork. A session with Eric is like a total reset on your whole being.
