Great community and amenities. Gym, rooftop lounge, common spaces are amazing and very homie.
The building are well decorated and clean. The design of the apartments are simple, elegant and tight to make you feel good in your new home.

We feel very lucky to be with Block 17. They are very personable and hardworking staff. Whether it’s a compliment or concern, they respond accordingly and appropriately. The amenities make us feel like we are living in a very high end environment that’s modern and active. The location is 5 stars in and of itself! We are very pleased to have made the move to this wonderful new community and all it has to offer. We couldn’t have imagined a better way to start the new year.

I looked at plenty of places once I decided to move to the pearl district. What got me here was location, amenities, and the modern life style. Sure there are other choices but none this nice. From the cleaning crew to the residential staff this place offers it all. Once completed this place will be awesome and become one of the premier places to live in the pearl district.

I love the modern look of Block 17. I love the area it’s in (both the larger Pearl District as well as the open green space right next to it).
You can see the vision they have for when everything is 100% complete, and so far it looks like its going to hit the mark.
I love the amenity offerings as well as the staff that I have encountered so far.
