Even with a care plan, Ben Bridge wanted to charge $ 167.00 to have the diamonds on my 3 year old wedding ring we purchased from them. We purchased the main diamond from Joseph K Jewelers, the store adjacent from them in Clackamas Town Center, and they not only tightened the diamonds but added more gold to truly secure the diamonds in place and did it free of charge. We won’t be returning to Ben Bridge.

Went to return a Pandora Silver bracelet this morning. Complete with all pertinent paperwork, receipt, within the 30 day time frame for «exchanges» (I needed a larger size) The female clerk said «I don’t think we can do this but let me check with the manager.» The manager came after 7 minutes and said no, he would not do an even exchange because it wasn’t purchased at their store. The rules on the Pandora paperwork do not state that it has to be taken back to the same store; so I believed them. I’m trying another Pandora store tomorrow. I’ve called and they said they’d be willing to do it. Ben Bridge should not be allowed to advertise themselves as a Pandora store if they are not going to follow Pandora’s rules. Be wary if you are going to purchase a Pandora bracelet here and then ship it across country as a present for a relative! Or vis a vie! Horrid customer service.
