We really like Dr. Becker but her office manager, Nancy, is such a dreadful person. She is unkind, unprofessional, and not at all suited for the work she attempts to do. We’ll likely leave Dr. Becker’s practice due to our poor experience with Nancy. Such a shame because Maureen is a dream naturopath to partner with.
